Symposium 2025
Symposium 2025
Encapsulating Product Packaging Trade Dress
The Symposium brought together prominent practitioners and academics to discuss how firms establish rights in trade dress (the packaging and configuration of their goods) in U.S. law and internationally, how those rights are infringed, and the consequences of that infringement. We were honored to host and learn from our distinguished guests!
